// Juan David is a Franco-Colombian Director and Producer based in Prague, Czech Republic. CEO and founder of Pantheon Pictures®, director of films, music videos and commercials. Juan David’s projects are characterised by his uniquely dynamic style of storytelling, which he places at the backbone of every project he takes on.
Joining a new wave of globally-minded independent filmmakers, Juan David’s strong creative focus on modern-day lifestyles across the world is informed by his fluency and cultural background in French, Spanish & English.
He graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts in 2008 in Bogota, Colombia. He after attended the EICTV Film School in San Antonio de Los Baños in Cuba in 2009 and he later attended many other film craft workshops in the U.S. leading to his certification as an Apple Final Cut Pro® Editor.
In 2010 he moved to Prague and specialized in Film Directing at the Prague Film School.
His work has been recognized in several occasions, he won the 1st Prize at the Action/Cut Film Fest 2013 in Los Angeles, his films were officially selected at the SFC at the Cannes Film Festival, Brest International Film Festival, TISFF, and London Independent Film Festival.
In 2021, Juan joined the Global Creative Production House Milk & Honey® as Executive Producer for the European branch.
Juan David expertizes as well in 4K/6K/8K post-production workflows.
He is fluent in French, Spanish & English and basic Czech.
